Loup started inside a working home care agency — built to solve the problems managers face every day, not imagined from the outside.
Our story
Loup began as the system behind a busy home care agency. Its managers were spending evenings chasing expired DBS checks, rebuilding training spreadsheets and pulling evidence together for inspection.
So we built something better: one place where every check, supervision, audit and piece of feedback lives — clear enough that anyone in the office can see what needs doing today.
It worked. Now we're making the same system available to other care providers and children's services across the UK.
What “Loup” means
Loup is French for wolf. Wolves are known for looking after their pack — watching out for each other and never leaving anyone behind.
