- Use a strong password you don't use anywhere else. Change it any time with Change password under your name.
- Never share a login — add each person in Users & Access.
- After 5 wrong passwords, a login is locked for 15 minutes.
- You're signed out after 20 minutes without activity.
- Every change is recorded in the Change log: who changed what, and when.
- Remove leavers straight away — they're signed out immediately.
